Target youths around Broughton area particularly around Broughton High School. 2. Target vehicles parking on Willowtree Avenue, Broughton (access only road) causing problems for residents. 3. Speeding along Woodplumpton Lane, near to Newshamhall Lane detailed survey to be completed of vehicles using road.
